Claudio LugoClaudio Lugo is a composer, conductor and performer. He studied music composition with Sylvano Bussotti at the School of Music of Fiesole.
He is Professor at the Conservatory of Alessandria (Courses of "Saxophone", "Improvisation" and "New Notations for Voice”). He is also currently teaching Improvisation's Techniques for Music Therapy Courses. He was Professor/Lecturer at University of Genova (D.A.M.S. 2001-2013) and for the Italian Summer Programs of New York University (2003-2006). Lugo has won various awards for music composition. He has received several commissions from major/important musical institutions. Since 2010 Lugo is running a research project (Playing for Elves) based on recording impromptu performance in some naturalistic places around the world. |
Cristina MarchioroHuman geographer, PHD student attend the first year of PHD in Migration and intercultural processes at the DISFOR Department of the University of Genoa. Research topic is about migrants in the Liguria’s “internal areas”, focus on processes and changes in the territorial and social/cultural dynamics. Further research fields/interests are historical geography, focus on historical changes in administrative divisions, and didactics of geography. .
